The Power of Motivation.. A Real Experience...

I had a true experience of what Motivation can do to people!
Some of us have been really privileged of being able to attend good and reputed educational institutes. It's very important to shape our personality. But there are some who are talented but haven't been able to groom themselves very well due to lack of true mentors.

That's what TEACHERS can do. They always have the power to mould you in the right direction so that you can come out in your true form. When a student constantly fails but doesn't know why, the teacher can give just an invaluable piece of advice to make him relaise it. I have recognized that just by motivating someone you can regain your own confidence in somebody's achievement. The happiness that trickles through the eyes of the person can give you eternal peace.

Your "Job" shouldn't just be about earning money; if you are able to change the lives of people around you then it can add into the account that can give you lifetime returns of satisfaction. Days may not be the same always but if you are able to make one person happy each day it can lead to a content life. To many it may sound little impractical but i would suggest all of you to try it once. We all have been so busy with our routine that perhaps we don't believe in HUMANITY anymore. We just think of ourselves and our surroundings. I have people asking me to change just because i am too emotional and empathetic. My answer to all of them is just one that if we all become the same the world would be lifeless. So my goal is to be able to let people believe in Humans as the ones who can love, hope, achieve the impossible and most importantly have the power to believe in themselves.

So all my friends and well-wishers, try to also live for others someday and experience the transformation!
